No. JettWorth works entirely on data you enter yourself — your balances, income, and expenses. We never ask for bank passwords or login credentials. You stay in full control of what you share. Optional open banking sync is on our roadmap for the future, but it will always be your choice.
No. JettWorth is a tracking and projection tool — think of it as a smarter spreadsheet, not a financial adviser. All projections are estimates based on assumptions you set. We don't hold an Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL) and we strongly recommend consulting a qualified financial adviser before making major financial decisions.
Your data is stored securely on Supabase — the same infrastructure used by thousands of production apps. Every user's data is isolated using row-level security, meaning no one else can see your information, not even other users of JettWorth. All connections are encrypted, and your financial data is stored against anonymous identifiers, not your name or email.
No. Your financial data is associated with an anonymous user ID, not your personal details. We don't browse, analyse, or sell individual user data. The only person who can see your numbers is you.
Our projection engine uses current FY2025-26 Australian tax brackets, Medicare levy rates, HECS indexation rules, and superannuation regulations. The projections are as accurate as the assumptions you set — growth rates, inflation, and salary increases are all configurable. That said, no projection can predict the future — they're planning tools, not guarantees.
