By accessing or using JettWorth ("the Service"), operated by Durga Digital ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
JettWorth is a personal net worth tracking and financial projection tool designed for Australian residents. The Service allows you to record your assets, liabilities, income, and expenses, and to model hypothetical future scenarios using configurable assumptions.
JettWorth does not provide financial advice, tax advice, investment advice, or any other form of professional financial guidance.
All projections, calculations, estimates, and scenarios presented by the Service are for informational and educational purposes only. They are based on assumptions that may not reflect your actual circumstances and should not be relied upon for making financial, investment, tax, or retirement decisions.
The Service uses simplified models of Australian tax, superannuation, and property rules. These models may not capture your complete tax situation, may contain approximations, and may not reflect recent legislative changes. Tax calculations are estimates only and do not constitute a tax return or tax advice.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that are inactive for extended periods, with reasonable notice where possible.
You retain full ownership of the financial data you enter into JettWorth. We do not sell, share, or monetise your personal financial data. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we store and protect your information.
You may request export or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
JettWorth offers a free tier and a paid "Pro" subscription. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price change takes effect.
All content, features, functionality, code, and design of JettWorth are owned by Durga Digital and protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Durga Digital from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
