1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using JettWorth ("the Service"), operated by Durga Digital ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

JettWorth is financial insights and scenario-modelling software with personal net worth tracking designed for Australian residents. The Service allows you to record your assets, liabilities, income, and expenses, and to model hypothetical future scenarios using configurable assumptions.

3. Not Financial Advice — Important Disclaimer

Your inputs are used to calculate hypothetical scenarios, not to provide personal advice. The Service does not assess whether a financial product or strategy is suitable for you, recommend buying, selling or holding financial products, or make financial decisions on your behalf. Scenario comparisons describe differences under the selected assumptions; they are not endorsements.

The Service uses simplified models of Australian tax, superannuation, and property rules. These models may not capture your complete tax situation, may contain approximations, and may not reflect recent legislative changes. Tax calculations are estimates only and do not constitute a tax return or tax advice.

We strongly recommend that you consult a qualified and licensed financial adviser, tax professional, or accountant before making any financial decisions. We are not a financial services licensee and do not hold an Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL).

You acknowledge that any reliance on information provided by the Service is at your own risk.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that are inactive for extended periods, with reasonable notice where possible.

5. Your Data

You retain full ownership of the financial data you enter into JettWorth. We do not sell, share, or monetise your personal financial data. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we store and protect your information.

You may request export or deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

JettWorth offers a free tier and a paid "Pro" subscription. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price change takes effect.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, functionality, code, and design of JettWorth are owned by Durga Digital and protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law:

• We are not liable for any financial losses, investment losses, tax liabilities, or other damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on its outputs.
• Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or AUD $100, whichever is greater.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Durga Digital from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
